In the planning phase of a new build we provide project criteria development which leads to build contract specification and contract design followed by project schedule development and project team development.
WMG has expertise in defining the Owner's and Captain's criteria; in planning a work-schedule; in creating a comprehensive order and delivery schedule; in creating the structure for a successful project management team. 
Project coordination service is available on a consultative basis, or on a full time on-site basis. WMG has extensive experience in new construction co-ordination with northern European yards and refit management with yards around the world.
WMG's Project team is available to assist independent captains acting as owner-representative in a new build, or a full-time WMG on-site coordinator may be contracted according to a particular project's requirements.
We have several high profile successful launches and currently are serving as Owner's Representative on two large yachts under construction in Holland - an 86m with a December 2010 delivery and an 88m with a June 2011 delivery. We are currently also advising on a large yacht being built in Germany with a January 2013 delivery.
